An invaluable gift of ancient Indian tradition, Yoga has emerged as one of the most trusted means to boost physical and mental well-being. YOGA is an Art and Science of Healthy Living. It is a meditative process of self-discovery and liberation. Due to Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi’s relentless efforts, June 21 is declared as the International Yoga Day by the United Nations General Assembly. On International Yoga Day i.e. on 21st June, we had a yoga session with the Swagatika Swas yoga. She had a beautiful Mind Power Concept and she is also a gold medalist in yoga. IDA team celebrated this yoga day with many other organizations at Hotel GreenView in the morning on Yoga Day.
