Why should you recycle paper

Paper is one the material that can be easily recycled. Recycled paper is paper that was made from paper and paper products that has already been used and recovered. People need to take their time and save the paper products so that they can be recycled. Paper recycling begins with us. We all need to show our interest in recycling to make it successful.

If everyone reduced, reused, and recycled, we could make Earth's resources go an awful lot further. Recycling saves materials, reduces the need to landfill and incinerate, cuts down pollution, and helps to make the environment more attractive. It also creates jobs, because recycling things takes a bit more effort than making new things. Recycling doesn't just save materials: it saves energy too.

Did You Know

If all of our newspapers were recycled, we could save about 250 million trees every year.

Recycling one ton of paper saves energy equivalent to the energy needed to power the average U.S. home for six months and saves about 7,000 gallons of water.

E- Waste Collection

Electronic Waste, is popularly now known as ‘e-waste’. It can be defined as and when an electronic device is dismissed or discarded when the life or the use of that device or the product comes to an end. This mainly happens due to the fast and rapid changes that occur in the technology. Changes in technology are mainly responsible for the E- waste generated today. Increase in the demand for new technologies occur due to the changes in fashion, style and status which cause the end of the useful life of these electronics.

So that people can get aware of hygiene and cleanliness around them. Railway station is a place where we find the waste and dirtiness all around and the study also says that it gives birth to the diseases due to the unhygienic condition at station and as it is overcrowded area many people suffer due to unhygienic condition. So, tried and initiated with this project where people see and realize not to spit, litter and also learn to stay in hygienic condition.

Such environment promotes creativity, positive thinking, self-esteem and confidence for the kids. Though kid’s entertainment is at the center of it all, other areas of interest include learning, healthcare, nutrition, sports and scientific exposition.

A Small Step by I Dream About… Foundation to fulfill basic needs of a few people.

Vapi Tree Census

The tree census is an important scientific, technical, and educational effort. The results are very important to understand the present condition of trees. The census helps us to analyze and plan the strategies to plant the trees which are required according to the geographical conditions.

Trees Census in a city was carried out where we generated the data of no of trees and we also calculated the age through its height and width. We also found the local variety of species which helps us to study botanical facts of the environment of the city, it is generally done by forest dept, but we took the initiative to do the Tree Census.

The plantation in the city was carried with a planning. We need 33 percent area to be green cover; we found certain areas with not more than 2 percent have plants in their surroundings, thereafter plantation was carried on a mass level where we could make the area geographically sound.

We believe to the facts of the census has made a huge impact on the society where the citizens took initiative and came forward to do plantation in their societies as well.
